Great little set of lights I used them in my Jon boat an so far there working great seem to be made well. I'd recommend them

Product Options: 2 PCS, Color: Light Blue. I like the adhesive strip on the back of the lights. I also like that the light strip is flexible. I also like that they don't get hot & use very little power. The light blue is on the white side of blue, not a darker 'police' or 'emergency vehicle' blue, so I wouldn't expect these to be a problem in places where blue lights are regulated. I didn't like the attaching wires. The wire length is pretty short and the wire itself is tiny. It's stranded and I'm guessing it might be 30 gauge. Soldering it to extension wire was a little tricky because the tiny wire didn't want to stay twisted with the much, much larger 16 gauge stranded wire I had available. The wire also emerges out of the back of the light strip under the adhesive strip so the light won't sit completely flat unless you position it over a hole for the wire. The mounting holes on the ends of each light strip are small and then get even smaller at the back of the light. I had to drill open the holes slightly to mount it using tie-ties. They put out a decent amount of light. I actually got them because the headlights on my car keep going out, so I would at least have these to see by when my headlights are not working. You can't tell they're even on when the headlights are on, but they do provide enough/emergency lighting for me - when they headlights are out. For almost anything off road, these could be just fabulous. A little light for nighttime BBQ or on a ATV, etc...

Easy to install, low voltage drain so heavy duty wiring is un-necessary. But you will need to use your favorite clear sealant to keep them from shorting out.
