It’s such a cute little ladle. It’s great for gravy or sauce on pasta. I used it for soup mainly and its perfect for portion control. It also made cooking with my niece easier as she didn’t used the big spoon. It washes in the dishwasher, safe to use, well. Overall, no complaints, it’s great for what it is meant for.

This is a very good quality spoon. It is pretty and so useful and the perfect size. I wi!l buy from this company again. Maybe I can find more kitchenware.

The picture is a comparison of a “regular” size ladle. It’s the perfect size for pancake batter! It’s going to be awesome for gravy! They are a very nice weight, well made and have a classic design!

Their description “well made, sturdy, very smooth & pretty” for these Asanta brand ladles is highly accurate. They are also heavy weight, bright and shiny and good sized. Since they don’t have a pattern on them, they will fit in with your other cutlery just fine. They are great for serving chili, soups, gravy, beans, etc. We also use these for mixed nuts and small candies when guests come over. They are much, much nicer than I expected. So pleased!!

I make a lot of broths/soups, etc. and naturally I have several ladles in several different materials. My favorites are ceramic/porcelain and stainless steel ones because they are sturdy, last longer (no need to worry about melting them with heat or them being discolored over time), and they can be tossed into the dishwasher to be cleaned. I got this one because it seemed to be perfect for smaller (pots for 1-2 person/s) uses where regular sized ladles would be an overkill. I am really pleased with the design and the weight of the product, it's well made and polished well, the opposite of filmsy or cheaply made. I already ran it through the dishwasher and it's still mirror-like. The only change I would make about this product would be to have a little bend at the very end of the handle so that it can sit on the edge of the pot to prevent it from falling in, but that's only something to think about if the pot is quite big.
