These target your thighs perfectly when used for squats. No slip or slide they are made well.

I use this and it does help me stretch my lower leg muscle but hard plastic is not desirable.

These squat blocks are very durable - do not squish down when you're standing on themYou can adjust the stretch by standing further up or down on the block.They fit together nicely and are light weight enough to fit in your gym bag.
