These are supposed to weigh 1kg or 2.2 lbs. These are underweight. One of the wood pieces was loose from the metal as well. They do look nice.

Good practice discus. Actually 2, it comes with 2. Good for learning how to do this sport. Has a metal edge and wood core. The workmanship looks good, it's light colored wood so may get dark with dirt and oil. But nice to find these so the kids can learn this sport.

If you are a beginning discus thrower this discus will suffice to get you started. By using this discus you will be able to practice your spin and your release. However, If you are an experienced discus thrower I suggest you hold off on this discus and purchase a regulation discus.

We weighed immediately after taking out of the box. They are both way under weight. Nice looking discs but be sure to weigh if you order. We returned because they won't be allowed in competition
