I bought this as part of an outfit for work (we're supposed to be airline workers) and when I first got it one side didn't work. I tried changing the batteries with the other one. Turns out the piece where you insert the battery was filthy. Once I cleaned it, it worked

One had damaged marks on it and didn't work. Only one was working and had no damage marks on it.

One came broken and only lights up when you hold the button down while the other works beautifully and has the different settings

Great light weight wands. Perfect for what we needed. The light is just the perfect brightness. Definitely recommend and that price is a great deal!
