These are perfect for your cakes. They have a sharp edge that I like. the blade is perfect size for single serving from the pan.

These were just what I was looking for. A perfect cake/brownie kind of spatula. It is hard to find these smaller spatulas that are not plastic handled. These are sturdy and just what you need. Some say the corners are a bit sharp. I did not not have any problems with them. Great price. Highly recommend.

We purchased these small metal spatulas to replace one that fatigued at one of the bends and broke. The new spatulas appear strong enough to withstand scraping and pushing to serve food that sticks to the pan.

I want a spatula that had the tapered edge and these have this! Also, it's a nice size for small frying pans.

We love these small spatulas, but only after a small modification. The corner edges are very sharp 90 degree corners that catch on the pan, scratching it deeply, and slices through food instead of sliding under it.I ground a small curve at the corners and dulled the sharp edge a bit on a wire wheel. They now work perfectly. Great for small fry pans or getting small food out of a crowded pan.
