We have a lighter weight spatula similar to this one and this pair are undoubtedly better than what we had. These are made durable. Very pleased with my purchase.

This is a great medium duty drainer spoon. It states it is stainless steel but time will tell. The spoon is sturdy for everyday use and weighs very little. The holes are medium for fast draining, the length is 13" and the base is 4" wide with a slight curve to help drain and keep food on the spoon. I used it to deep fry popcorn chicken and fries and it worked great. I'm very impressed. I was not expecting a solid iron spoon so this light weight spoon fits the bill for me. Very inexpensive and sent promptly. Arrived in 3 days. Will be buying these again as gifts for the kids and their mates. The spoon is about the correct size to deflect grease splatters and hot water. Over all it is a very good choice for the money and quality level.

Good price, but I was a little disappointed with the quality / weight of the product. A little bit flimsy. Having said that, I have enjoyed using the strainers and they do exactly what they were intended for.
