This step stool is so very useful. It's not tall or bulky like a regular ladder, but tall enough to reach the ceiling fan light bulbs, high closet shelves, and gets me high enough to vacuum or dust off the top of our family room wall unit.It really is perfect for the home. It's easy to tote from room to room or even up and down the stairs as it weighs about 5 pounds. It folds up flat and can be stored behind a door without any issue. Plus the feet are non-slip so the step ladder is safe to use on hardwoods, or carpeting. It is one-piece, and the steps are at heights of 8 inches and 17 inches.I use this SuperJackWang step stool often because it is so easy to setup, carry from room to room, and it provides the necessary boost needed to get to hard to reach places. Plastic material used is rigid, cool innovative product that saves space when in storage. The height this stool provides is comparable to other stools in the market. Folding or assembly and disassembly is easy, takes practice but easy. When assembled, it felt secure to stand on, real sturdy too. It takes a few seconds to assemble, unlike those that are in fixed position which are faster to use. However, what it lacks it makes up for in saving space when in storage. This is a win for me
