On some circuits it can be advantageous to use a circuit breaker like these instead of just a fuze . I have not had any problems with these under the hood of my truck . However I used them in some existing .rubber water resistant in-line enclosures .But they will ot allow the caps of these enclosures to go on all the way because the breakers are a little longer than the blade fuzes .

So, these are great fuses,My only issue is that they are not as large as the picture insinuates,Or the individual holding the fuse example has extremely small hands.Thanks for the great fuse,Sorry if the hand comment is offensive to people with small hands, :).

Others will no doubt say this is bad but I think this is really handy for troubleshooting. This fuse will keep tripping and resetting every 10 sec or so. It allowed me to move the wires and quickly determine what was shorting out. Also great for HVAC fans that may trip just occasionally when running full blast.Little taller than stock so some fuse box covers may not fit but oh well.
