These lightweight plastic domes have been under attack since setting them up over newly planted perennials outside this spring. Squirrels got at a few eating their roots before we purchased this product. They haven't since except recently once. Design-wise it's a great idea but now we're seeing dents in the thin domes from being messed with by the critters. The metal stakes provided haven't anchored them quite enough. One dome has been flipped off a plant damaging it too. We suggest buying longer sturdier stakes for them. We have found some on Amazon.

I was a little nervous at some of the reviews but glad I decided to try for myself. Yes, they are thin, however, I researched & the thicker they are, the less light can come in so they need to be thin. In reference to the short staples to secure them to the ground, I also purchased 12” garden staples (also on Amazon) & they’re not going anywhere. Very secure & love them…neat, orderly & protected. Perfect!

Dried out easily. May need to remove to water. I didn’t find watering through the hole helpful. Kept my young plants safe during the cold mornings with vents closed. Stackable.

We built our first garden not realizing potential bug issues. Looked extensively for options bc it backs up to the golf course which has strong regulations as far as aesthetics. Choose these & am pleasantly happy ~ about to order another set......!!!!

These are perfect for my lettuce crop! I love the quality of stakes and the venting on top works perfectly. No more slugs eating all of my food, plus the lettuce has been able to survive some cooler nights this early in the season!
