The wiggle wire worked. The only issue was that it was kind of pricey for such short sections.

This made installing the plastic on my hoop house so simple. If you think you don’t need wiggle wire think again!

This are similar to rails I bought 8 years ago, but the metal is half the thickness. Old rails I had were .040" thick metal, these are .020". The edges are folded tight so they are .040" thick or there abouts, an feel a bit sharp where the plastic turns over the edge. So far this has not been a problem. The screws provided are chromate coated (no galvanized) and each have a plastic washer attached, not sure why its not helpful as it just pushed the head higher in the channel. I used different screws anyway to screw to wood.I still like these better than the aluminum rails I also bought recently from other vendors which are only 1" wide, this are a little wider.

Love these. Make putting greenhouse plastic on so easy and it holds it nice and tight. No worry of ripping with staples.

Very nice build quality. I haven't installed it yet, but I can tell this will be a breeze to work with. The springs are easy to snap in the channel, and the ends of the channel aren't sharp, helping to keep from making cuts in the plastic. The channel is light weight, so installing should be easy to do solo on a ladderThe included gloves fit pretty well. They smell like rubberbands, and kind of feel like they are scraps of cut rubberbands sewn together. But they work!

I have large raised garden beds and adding more in the next weeks. Have 200 seedlings ready to go and will go in ground middle of March. So need a way to protect them from a possible frost. I was looking for a way of securing the plastic film and found these. Wow, what an easy way to secure the tightened film to the walls of the beds. This channel locking system is so easy to use. Simple as mounting the channels, inserting the film into the channel and locking in place with the spring wire. Best of all, removal is easy as well. Perfect for my needs. I do appreciate the included seal tight screws and driver. Gloves are cheap rubber gloves but who cares. My only gripe are the left over sharp edges in places. For a quick, easy and secure fastening of plastic film, netting or cloth, this kit is awesome.

Features, likes and dislike:The hannger greenhouse spring wire and lock channel kit is designed to attach greenhouse filming to metal tube based greenhouses. Our current way of attaching films to green houses are to use pegs that clamp down the film to the metal tubes. Not only is it timing consuming to attach and detach, it will also often cause the film to rip out or tear apart under heavy wind. This design has been great for us so far, installaing takes a few minutes now and tear down is fast too. Over the past three months we've had heavy wind but the greenhouse film did not rip off nor tear apart like they used too, though the time is still short to say for sure.Quality:Great quality kit, solid and sturdy, no sign of wear and tear under the PNW weather for the past 3 months. This includes the screws too, no rust.Price:$48.99 at the time of this review, $52.99 regular priced. The kit has enough to cover a large sized greenhouse, it is not cheap by any means but consider how many pegs we had brought to do this before, it isn't that far off.
