I picked up a set of the clear silicon controller sticks because like the way these feel.There are tons of sellers offering similar products. They can vary in quality, but generally function identically. They're pretty much interchangeable as long as you get the right size. The thing I appreciate about this particular set is that they are large enough to easily fit on a standard size Xbox style controller without fitting so tightly that they would easily pop off (I've had some that do just that).I think these are a great upgrade if you like this style of thumbstick grip. I use them on all my controllers, ranging from official to cheap knock offs... and they improve the experience.
