This tart mold set comes in 2 different shapes - smaller wave/ripple shape vs. larger wave/ripple shape (see picture, put a quarter next to them for size comparison). The mold is made with aluminum that is lightweight, small in size (2.75" diameter), and can be used repeatedly which is environmental friendly. Perfect size to make egg tart or custard tarts. The molds are stackable for easy storage. I'm happy with these molds.

I tested them with a regular, boxed cake mix. The molds are sturdy, but not heavy aluminum. They hold the batter and lift without flexing. They're sturdy. My cupcakes turned out very nice. They cooked pretty evenly. I greased the molds prior to baking, and the muffins popped out easily after cooling for about 15 minutes. These would work very well for mini quiches or tarts, too. I hand washed these and they kept their shape and shine. I'm very pleased with these molds.

I’ve been looking for little tins for making egg custard tarts like I get at the Chinese bakery. These are perfect. I got 10 large scalloped edges and 10 with finer scalloped edges. They are reusable and pretty sturdy but they are made from aluminum so you have to be little bit careful not to bend them. I’ve only used the ones with the large scalloped edges and they are holding up just fine.I’m going to try them with other types of cream tarts.

You can't tell by the photo, but there are two shapes in this set. One looks like the picture and the other is the same size, but with larger ruffles/curves. You get 10 of each and they roughly measure just under 3 inches across the tops, 2 across the bottoms, and 1 deep. The tin is sturdy, thick, and shiny silver. These are reusable, and not like cupcake cups. They're great for real foods, but I ordered them to make fake, crafted desserts as ornaments, magnets, etc. They also make cute shadowbox type ornaments with tiny figures inside. I highly recommend this set for the quality, double shapes, and variety of uses.

These cups are the perfect size for egg tarts and easy to use. I’ve also used them to make some fruit tarts that were more bite sized. They worked well in the oven and seem to heat evenly without any hot spots. Clean up was, well, clean up though the crust did not stick but in a few places. These will be handy for egg tarts, fruit tarts and other small desserts like cheesecakes. Well pleased with these!

These little tart pans are a great deal. There are plenty for a good sized batch of tarts. They are sturdier than I expected and don’t bend easily. They are perfect for a full batch of mini treats. I love them!
