I am long waisted and I have a very nice pair of braces (suspenders) from Albert Thursten, but they are a little short on me. Even when I adjust them to maximum length. I used the waistband extender to give me about 2.5 inches more length. I secured to waist extenders to the braces using the bottom on the extender. Then I slipped the button hole in the extender over the button at the back of my trousers. I just did the 2 buttons in back by my spine. Worked like a charm.

Look I just needed one for my shirt but the package was a pretty good deal, so now I have a selection for my dress shirts for that time I have to wear a tie and still be able to breath!! The pant extension is nice but probably will never use. It’s like having a sewing kit. You may never need it, but your glad to have it should you need it.
