I needed some thumb screws to secure the lid of a 3D printing project. In my case, the thread size was somewhat arbitrary since I would be using inserts in the container that I was printing. M5 threads? OK, that'll do just fine! The quality of these thmbscrews is quite good. Consistent threads and the heads are well molded. The molded portion and the metal thread portion are securely attached to each other. The quantity provided is more than I needed, but I am sure that I will find other projects that use up the remainder.

I needed a couple thumbscrews to secure my flagpole in the holder. These were actually too small, but these are well made with consistent threads and tight knobs. . These will go in an organizer case for future projects. They may actually fit on some of my router jigs and other tools.
