I used this product for about 2 weeks and ran about $2000 worth of US coins through it. It has 2 problems that made me decide to return it.GOOD POINTS• It's sturdy and well made.• Instructions are pretty good.• Includes tools/instructions on how to clean the unit properly.• Very accurate in coin counting and also counting the precise number of coins to fill a tube.2 MAJOR PROBLEMS:• Filling coin wraps is very finicky because the unit shakes too much during the process. As the coins are being sorted/filtered, the unit is not heavy enough to keep the entire thing from shaking. The shaking causes the tubes the coin wraps are in to shake - and when the tubes shake, the coins don't properly start down the tube. The result is coins bouncing out of the point of the tube entry or just stacking up unaligned in the tube causing an overflow. It quickly becomes a mess. The only "fix" for this is to hold the coin tube during the entire process to keep it from shaking. No one wants to do that. There needs to be a MUCH better tube locking mechanism in play for this unit to work well.• The coin bins (if you are not using the wrap tubes) are too small (or too large) for some US coins. For example, the coin bin for a US $1 coin is much larger than it needs to be. Who gets a lot of US $1 coins? No one. So, it should be smaller than the bin for US Quarters which is too small. Same applies for US 1 cent pennies and US 5 cent nickels as well. The size of the bins clearly wasn't thought out for US users.While not a deal breaker, the size of the large bin on top that you pour your coins into could be a little larger so you are not having to fill it every few minutes.Overall, I just can't recommend this unit because of the shaking and hit or miss accuracy of filling coin tubes.

Purchased this item with high hopes. Went to the website as directed to register the item, web site is in China, website says this could hack your info. Returned, and went with an American dealer.

Do not know about other men but each night as I empty my pockets and find at least two dollars in change. I found at a garage sale bought a water boy to store my Chang, when it gets half full of Chang I use my paper coin wrappers come in very handy. The tellers at the bank like them also as they don't have spent time. A win win for both.

I used this machine for almost the full 30 days before I got to the point where I had to return it. It just wasn't accurate... but customer service was very helpful in getting me another unit and stated they checked all the machines in their inventory to make sure they work properly. So give it a try. Maybe I just had a bad one.
