I purchased this unit for travel trailer when it is in storage to keep humidity down. I have it set to 45% and it keeps humidity below 50% all of the time in Florida. Unit is quiet and only runs when needed. I have it draining into travel trailer’s holding tank so there’s no dumping of water required. Great little unit.

Upon initial startup, area was at 56% humidity. Within a short time it had come down to 36% and has been at that level ever since. It is in my very moist basement and is doing exactly what I purchased it to do. Drainage to floor drain using included hose makes it worry free!

We are happy with this product. We purchase this dehumidifier for a particular spot in our house where extra moisture is an issue. Dehumidifier is working very nicely there. Especially with a feature to set the level of desired humidity. The display panel is user friendly and helpful. Display of the current humidity level is a plus feature. We are happy with this product and recommend this to anyone looking for a sleek style and functioning dehumidifier.

6 months in, no issues. Basin is a bit small but I am directly feeding to external pump so pretty much maintenance free. Fairly quiet.

We bought this for our 32’ travel trailer. We are new to the RV world and all the literature states a great dehumidifier is the first thing you should buy to avoid mold and mildew within the trailer. This product is amazing. Within a few hours it had the humidity level down from 77% to 35%. It is easy to operate and easy to empty the water it pulls from the atmosphere. I definitely recommend this product.

This is doing exactly what I wanted.I put it in a well house that is collecting tons of water on the walls, outlets, ceiling, floor and light sockets because of our moisture content in the air here in Tennessee. The drain hose was long enough and small enough so I only had to make a small hole in the floor for it to drain in the spring flowing out. I turned the unit on to low fan with constant use. This has not made my electric bill go up at all.Now there is no condensation anywhere in the building. What a great purchase. Wish I would have had it sooner before some rust started on the screws on the lights in the ceiling. My bad.You will not regret this product if you have any heavy humidity problems. I am 100% satisfied.

The unit ran well but the RH% was off by a least 8 to 10 %. After exchanging emails with their Customer Service, we determined that the humidity sensor was defective. I told them to send me a replacement sensor and I would put it in the unit. He wrote back and said that they are not able to send internal parts only the whole unit. I told them to send the whole unit. They again wrote back and said, in so many words, that would not do that. So, it looks like this unit doesn't have any sort of Warranty. Don't buy this unit.

The unit works great for my basement. I keep it at 50%RH and it works perfectly. Yes, it has a small tank, but the unit is quiet and does the job

Llegó un día antes de lo esperado. Debe esperarse 24 horas para conectarlo por primera vez (por el ajetreo del transporte, como con los refrigeradores). El manual viene en inglés, pero no está complicado. En YouTube hay videos de la marca sobre el funcionamiento del deshumidificador. En 4 horas se ha llenado al menos una vez el depósito, en una habitación de 20 metros cuadrados, cuya humedad marcada por el higrómetro era de 77% y disminuyó la primera hora hasta 61%, con una temperatura de 22°C. A los 15 minutos de haberlo encendido se siente la diferencia, no se siente frío en la habitación y los vidrios ya no están "sudados". ¡Sin duda la mejor compra!
