received as advertised was a great deal and was quality product. I am a shopper that actually uses this product for making in dispensing whipped cream and other culinary applied purposes so for other applications, my five star review may or may not apply. I genuinely can't tell you.Between you me and whatever LEO reading this post I have to imagine it's gotta be pretty solid for that sort of thing. I can't speak to the quality or function of the included nozzles for such activities since I use a regulator so again you know it comes with nozzles that says something, right?The only downside i can think of is since i do not operate in a commercial kitchen the size and total weight of the tank makes the ease and convenience for placement and storage markedly more prohibitive than, say, the 615mL size tanks. The two kilos of N20 probably account for like 15% of the total weight of this giant tank. it ain't light, and it's bigger than the pictures would lead you to believe.Hope this helps ALLLLL potential customers.But for us culinary folk, yeah never going back to those 8g carts. This comes out to be SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive, and the utility, control and on-the-fly incremental adjustments that upgrading from the one-size-doesn't-fit-all cartridge system (not to mention the environmental bigfootprint seeing dozens of those things in your recycling/trash).Upgrade your gas game.(nozzle included in pictures for scale)
