My subs sound much better in this ported box. I have two CT shallow mount subs in the 2018 F150.

Basically you get what you pay for. Very good price but had leak right out of the box. Once I resealed the seams of the box w epoxy had no issues. Great box once that was done.

The box was not sound tight/secure. We had to Bondo and paint it for it to actually be usable for the purpose. My son was very disappointed.

Needed a box for my truck in a pinch. This will work for now, but already looking to replace. Was literally a bare box with a poor, uneven bedliner coating. No wires, no polyfill. I reinforced the joints as best as possible, but I don't believe the provided specs on air space as the bass isn't as solid as it should be. There's very little middle ground between cheap and high end enclosures, but if at all possible, save for something better. I'll be replacing this soon and would only recommend as a temp solution not a permanent fixture as I feel I'm losing a lot of potential sound quality

Great looking box only problem is the holes are too small to fit my 2 JL AUDIO W3 shallow mount subs.

After blowing my 12" rt Kickers with passive radiators, I need to replace subwoofers and a sub-box. The kickers were in a sealed enclosure. This time I wanted a tuned ported box. I thought the price was great. I was expected it to be a little flimsy and may not last, but it will do until I got something better. I was completely wrong. This sub-box is extremely sturdy and, in my opinion, could easily handle the pressure of 600-800 watt speakers. I put two 500 watts, speakers, in it and it sounds AWESOME!

2017 f150 crew cab xlt. Dont let the mixed reviews scare you away... I took a chance with this ported box and I installed infinity shallow 12 inch subs that cost about 80 bucks a piece... sorry cant remember the model... JBL's are almost identical... anyways, the infinities sound great and are powered by a medium powered pioneer amp that has the adjustable bass knob... holy crap... I've had bass in every vehicle I've owned since the mid 1990's and I gotta tell you that I am extremely satisfied with the pairing of the subs I chose (infinity shallow) and the qbomb ported box. It's the first time I find myself keeping the bass knob turned down... it's just too much on blast and I'm a bass junky, and no, I'm not too old because it's too loud lol. Good luck!
