This machine has so many settings that it can be a little overwhelming, but is surprisingly simple to adjust for different types of welding. The manual is very helpful in that regard and easy to understand for a complete beginner like myself. The included equipment is great quality. The positive and negative cables are flexible and easy to manipulate into position. The machine itself is well made and everything works on it.I've tried stick welding and the machine performed well. My welds are atrocious however. No fault of the machine, all due to my lack of skill. Still get spooked when it sparks off and the welding helmet goes dark.Definitely happy with the purchase and feel like this machine is one I can grow into. Looking forward to more practice with it as the weather warms up (winter time now).

Settings are complicated but once you get the hang of them it gets easier.Great pulsed MIG settings, easy to control the heat and bead width

Used on a job site and was blown away at its ability to perform. I was hesitant due to the size but quickly changed my mind after seeing the finished product!

There no way this is a 200 amp mig welder with 110 plug on it. I return this junk!

Flux core on synergy works really well, but you can't use pulse Mig with the spool gun. That would be the best use of pulse in my opinion. Update: after checking with a few other manufacturers I found in this price range none offer pulse welding with the spool gun. Outside of that disappointment I must admit it easily welds twice as good as the Vevor it replaced. It is an impressive machine.

I can't review how well it works yet, but I can tell you that this welder seems solidly built. Has all the bells and whistles you'd need for hobby welding. Plugged into 110 outlet and it powers up fine. Digital control allows precise adjustments. What really sold me was the spot welder ability AND the pulsed welding for aluminum. I've been planning to do some artwork with aluminum hard drive parts I've salvaged over the past 25 years and this welder should be perfect.

Had been looking for a higher amp mig machine for a while. Finially deceided to purchase this 200amp version for the flexibility,as I can now weld just about anything I want to.The most special feature of this welder is it has pulsed mig function, but you can only buy a normal 200A MIG welder of other brand welder at this price. Also I used pulsed mig for welding aluminum, the arc is beautiful, aluminum welding is more efficient, and it’s very easy to operate.Stick works great and the mig flux using the synergy function is absolutely awsome. Just to give an example, my use after selecting wire diameter, mig flux and synergy settings all I had to do is change the amps based on metal thickness and how much burn in I wanted and layed down a perfect bead and real was not trying to. I could show just about anyone how to weld easily with this machine. I have yet to get this machine to shutdown on overheat, so you can really do a lot of continuous welding done without having to stop and wait for the machine to cool like most cheap units. Plus best warranty I have seen on any machine out there. I highly recommend this welder!!
