They come in two sizes in the bag. The tiny ones are crazy tiny. The bigger ones are tiny but actually look okay. I got the straight one which was a mistake as they just keep falling out of my son's nose. That tiny ball isn't enough to hold them and they are two short.

Package came in quickly. The packaging they used is pretty nice form other companies I've used. Came in a thick plastic baggy with a velvet bag containing the nose jewelry. The gauging is perfect. I purchase other nose jewelry from a different vendor and they were way to thin. Very happy with this purchase.
