I was a little disappointed this year. When I try to print the W3 form, the state information disappears. Finally gave up an wrote the information in by hand. From online comments, I get the feeling that dealing with state information may be a little problematic.

I waited to review these products. But here it is January 20, 2021 and I am still unable to Efile my forms. I have had two chat sessions so far, and each time they said it was being worked on and that it would be available January 15, 2021. I've used this software for several years now, but I think next year I will be making a change. The printing was fine, Entering the data was fine. The forms and envelopes were fine. But I dinged my review substantially because I feel the efiling problem is a serious defect in this line for 2020 tax year.

Just install, follow the instructions, make sure your test lines up with the form and there you go! Easy and convenient. Plus if you ever need to reprint a report or a form you can always go back into the system :)

I really enjoyed this product it was very easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. E-filing was fast and easy . Your first ten efiled are free! The amount of paper forms and envelopes were adequate.
