This paper is usable however it's barely perforated and the perforations don't actually work. You go to fold the paper but it doesn't actually fold along the perforation lines so it's taking me forever to re-fold along the right lines. Also after you fold it the paper doesn't lay flat and go nicely into the envelopes. I have to hulk-smash them flat. ALSO the envelopes are not sticky at all!! And I have to tape all these closed!! This is absolute trash. It's amazing to me that the world can't even get basic W2 paper right anymore. I won't buy this junk again next year.

The forms worked perfectly with QuickBooks desktop. Printing was easy once we tested it for printer feed and direction. It would have been nice to have instructions for printing and it did not include a W-3 transmittal form.

Good quality paper but not as quality envelopes. The glue on the envelopes doesn’t stick as well as it should, so I used tape.

Printed perfect. Only thing I didn't love- The way Quickbooks has their W2's print the employee's SSN is directly above the return address. The W-2 fits great but a little wiggle and the employee's SSN is peeking out the window. Easy fix with putting a return label sticker over it but a bit shocking that they haven't figured this out yet.

The paper folds and inserts into envelopes perfectly IF YOU remove the edge piece after you fold it. Alignment was great in Quick Books for me. Couldn't be any better. Really..
