Used it for my 12 hour flight to Rome. Wrapped it around my neck, and slept like a baby. Soft memory foam hugged my neck preventing me from getting neck whiplash. It was so nice, that I even used it to sleep in the hotel, and on a cruise ship.

At first I found that the velcro didn't work - but I foolishly didn't notice there is protective tape over it. Once you take the tape off - it secures great. Love it.

The Wander Plus Travel Neck Pillow has some good qualities, like the memory foam that provides nice support around the neck. The grey color and design are stylish, and it feels soft to the touch. It’s also easy to carry with me while traveling.However, the comfort level fell a little short of my expectations. The memory foam is a bit firmer than I’d like, and after a couple of hours on the plane, I started to feel some discomfort. It also didn’t prevent my head from tilting as much as I’d hoped, so I still found myself waking up with a stiff neck. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of overall comfort and support.It’s a decent option for short trips, but for longer flights, I’d recommend exploring other pillows that provide better long-term comfort.

Of course I ordered long before my trip, so return date has passed, which is too bad. The Velcro to hold pillow together is old or not put on properly. After a 21 hour flight, I had a severe neck ache, and stiffness due to pillow opening and losing the needed support and that the neck ache that could only be worked out with heat and movement. Very displeased with false advertising, or maybe I just received one that does not work. IDK?
