This thing is garbage. I am able to get it to work for CarPlay as intended but the other two USB ports, Type A and Type C do not work at all which eliminates the ability to charge my phone while on my bike. Kind of defeats the purpose.

It definitely works wonders now I can ride my road glide with apple CarPlay and have the opportunity to charge my phone.

I go 2 of these hoping I had a bad unit, but the 2nd also didn’t have a functioning USB-C charging port. Kinda the reason I bought this item ???

This is an updated review as the first adapter I was sent was DOA ,this one arrived and the unit powered up as it should and it works perfect ! ,the instructions are very simple and the entire set up takes less than 3 minutes but you absolutely must follow the instructions in proper order ,now that its paired as soon as i start the bike less than one minute later my carplay screen is up in front of me
