My husband uses this at work in his truck and it has helped him tailbone from hurting. It's easy to use and sturdy enough with him getting in and out of the car. It's not too thick either making it bulky.

I really like this pillow. I have an old car that has been well loved. The drivers seat has lost a lot of it's cushion so I needed something to make longer drives easier and lifted me up a little bit, I'm short and can only raise the seat a couple inches. This pillow is perfect. It's comfortable, I have a pretty bad back, and my bum starts to hurt after sitting for about an hour and this has made a huge impact on that. I haven't really noticed and cooling but it doesn't seem to hold much heat. Good support. Size is perfect. Definitely sturdy. I've been using it for at least a month and it still looks brand new. I definitely recommend!

For a long time, would get bad pains in my legs when driving for a long distance. Just before driving across the country with my son, I got a couple of of seat cushions to try, and felt this one was the best. I returned the others and kept this one, and I made the right call. No more pain! Now, when I commute about an hour or so, a couple of times a week, I am still able to drive in comfort and have no issues. Life saver! Getting one for the office, now...

I bought this based on the good reviews but I have to say after using it it is very hard. This may be good for someone with severe back pain needing some thing very firm. However I was looking for something to make my car’s driver seat more comfortable. This wasn’t it. It also had me sitting up much higher than I felt comfortable behind the wheel. Discarded after a week’s use.

I have been watching Dr. Yoni Whitten's videos on posture and he recommends a wedge for sitting. I tried this on my desk chair, but it's too thick for my almost flat chair seat and I end up slumping. It IS however PERFECT for my car seat, as he demos on his video. It corrects my car's tipped seat position of not having my hips level, and dipping lower in the back, which is hard on posture/back issues. I have been taught that when you drive, you should be able to have your upper back against the seat back and the back of your head against the head rest. It is so much easier to do this with the wedge. Another great thing is that, as a short lady, I can now see even better because I am higher up, without changing my leg positions for driving. That alone is a great advantage. Bonus! (Any short lady driving a huge pick up truck would love this because you'd see over the higher hood!)
