These tie rods are well made with tight screw threads and the bonus locking nuts on both sides of the tie that ensures settings not changing when there is vibration in the RC. Allows use “without” thread locker which is a bonus. Having the locking nuts require the use of two (2) wrenches to secure the settings. There a no issues in fit on the Outcast RC 1/10 scale as they fit 1:1. These are made of stainless steel so rusting not an issue with wet environments.

These adjustable turnbuckles arrived in just a couple of days after order, and were in perfect condition. They fit as required, and even add a little bling to your RC project. The price for seven links, including mounting hardware, seems very reasonable. If I experience any failures or premature aging, I will certainly update my review. For now, I do recommend.

I installed these on my Traxxas slash 2wd 1/10 short course truck. They look very nice. That's the only good thing I have to say about them. The ball joints are very sloppy. There should have been 4 longer links and 2 shorter ones. I had to put 2 of the short ones in the rear and nearly fully extend them to fit. I couldn't use the one that connects to the servo. It's way to short. I would not recommend buying these.

These turnbuckles are of excellent quality. They seem much stronger than the stock parts.The anodized finish is absolutely gorgeous. You won't find anything this beautiful fromTRX.Everything needed is already included in the packed to mount these to your RC.The only minor issue is that the swivel balls are bored out a bit too large. It allows some slop in the steering.I like the locking nut method of securing the length adjustment, as the stock turnbuckles are threaded into plastic to lock them in place, making turning them for adjustment hard on the hands.If you want thicker, more beautiful, and easier to adjust turnbuckles these are definitely worth checking out.

This review is for, (2023 Upgrade) Adjustable Stainless Steel Turnbuckles/Camber Link for 1/10 Traxxas 4X4/2WD Slash VXL,Rustler VXL,Stampede VXL,Hoss 4X4 RC Car Hops Up Parts(Purple)These turnbuckles are great for vehicles. I’m not into this, my husband and son are. So, here it goes so when I ordered these for them. I said they may not be what they, wanted and my son was upset going momma, if you wasn’t sure why did you order them. Needless to, say he wasn’t happy, until the package arrived. He opened them and got super excited, he turned and said momma you did good.For me not knowing what I was ordering I got them right and everything went together and it runs great so I rate this review a 5 star.

These are made correctly using aluminum ends with bronze bushings, but they off-center holes in the jam nuts are not very confidence inspiring. The other users' reviews have me worried about the long term viability of these.That said, at this point in time, I have had no issues with them. They are well made, but it seems the nuts that were sourced for these are just very poor quality. It's a weird middle area of "high quality product, poor quality parts."I don’t run my SCTs very hard like I do some of my other models, so they don’t see a ton of abuse.They’re beautiful parts made properly, but the fit and finish is just not there.

Worked perfect to make my Bandit wider using Slash Control arms and Driveshafts. They are very durable and easy to adjust.
