First, the price point is great but the quality is so so. Bought this as a christmas present for my two boys, teen and toddler. It is amazing for the toddler, not so much for the teen. Despite the weight rating of 1500lbs, my teen who is 6'2 and 265lbs, almost broke it the first time he jumped on it. And not due to him being crazy on it, just jumping normally, no tricks or flips. It's sitting flat and is level, it's just not that great of a quality which is why the 3 star rating. Also for some reason the accessories shipped in separate boxes so that was weird.

The only issue I had is the product was in multiple boxes and arrived at different time. I got box two of two first and it said everything was delivered got with the seller and they assured that it would all be there before Christmas which everything arrived and had no issues upon putting it together

3 of the leg poles will not line up I can get them too iff u undo the bottom push button at the bottom not sure what to do now ugh!

My grand babies love the trampoline I like the net and ladder because it helps them to be self sufficient getting on and off. Even the two year old can use it alone.

*** Company has contacted us and is working with us through our problem. They have been incredibly nice and professional and it’s looking like our “net’ issue will be taken care of very soon and we couldn’t be happier because it is a very BEAUTIFUL trampoline!We bought this trampoline for our grandkids and have struggled for 3 days putting the net on it only to find out that we were sent a net for a 15ft trampoline instead of our 16ft one. What’s much much worse than that is that their “100% customer satisfaction” which consists of a long distance phone call where you get a voicemail saying to TEXT someone named Emily with your problem. Oh and you might wanna send photos so she can “try” to assist you with your problem! Seriously, Elitezip? We couldn’t more disappointed in our first trampoline purchase!

Customer Service is awesome, I had some parts that were destroyed in part of Hurricane Milton and they offered to send me the replacement pieces at no charge. The spring pad cover did not fit my trampoline well either and caused some rusting on the rim but they are going to take care of that too. Very pleased with the service from this company.

I recently purchased this trampoline and cannot recommend the product/company enough! Our whole family, including kids and adults, love the trampoline. To top it off, the company has fantastic customer service. While threading the net to the jumping mat, one of the mat connectors to the spring cut (similar to rope burn). I contacted the company, and they responded very quickly and sent a replacement mat. Best purchase I have made in a long time!

This trampoline is absolutely PERFECT. I wanted to find something my husband can play on with our kids and this worked out so well. We set it up and our boys played on it for an hour before a nasty storm threw it across to our neighbors house. It got mangled a bit but they were so nice and helpful with me and sent out new parts right away! So happy with our purchase!
