1The pressure hose is stiff plastic and stays in tangled coils while in use. It is impossible to straighten the hose out enough to be able to get more than a few feet from the machine without tipping it over. I ended up carrying the machine in one hand while using the pressure wand in the other hand.2The machine came with very few instructions for proper use, such as which nozzle to use for different materials. A person could do serious damage if they were not familiar with pressure washers.3The holder to wrap the power cord on is to small to hold all the cord.4The unit is advertised as 4500 PSI but the pressure hose is only rated for 2900 PSI

This small machine is a beast. The pressure is great and it is very easy to use. I cleaned an extremely large patio area in next to no time. My washer did not come with hardware. I contacted the seller immediately - communication with them was great, however, delivery of the hardware took another 7 days!! For that, I removed 2 stars. INHO, they should have expedited shipping for their mistake!
