Pretty stiff leather. Definitely will take awhile to break in. However it’s a very good size for my needs. I have been using this the most and it is starting to break in

After recently ordering a hammer holster by Zeluga and finding it to be upper quality with real leather, rivet reinforcements, and a good value, I decided to also order this Zeluga pouch/tape holder. This pouch replaced an old leather one by McGuire which has really held up well for the use its received. This pouch is larger than the one its replacing which only held the tape. Most of the time this new pouch will only hold a tape, but it’s good to have the option of using it also for a chalk reel and hanging the tape on the metal clip. It’s preferred to just drop the tape in without clipping it on for easier access though. The photos show the Zelluga hammer holster along with this pouch/tape holder. The description and photos are advertised accurately.

Nice looking, well built tool pouch. It says it's for a chalk line reel but it could be used for anything around that size Has a clip for your Tape Measure. It's a good sized pouch for carrying nails or screws or other small parts or tools up on a ladder, I like the smallish size I don't usually wear a regular tool belt because of the size and weight, a hammer loop, a pouch this size and a small razor knife pouch are all I typically need as I wear carpenters' pants so I have those pockets if needed. Anyway this is a real nice pouch for the money and the dark color looks sharp.
