This is NOT polyethylene tubing as described. This tubing is vinyl, extremely flimsy, and loses grip on fitting when heated by the sun. Returning immediately, annoyed that this is not what I thought it would be.

It's a nice product but it's the wrong size advertised. This it's closer to 5mm than 7mm outer diameter. I needed it to be 7mm as I was counting on it to fit nuggly inside the Tunze ATO pump. I will be returning it.BTW the inner diameter is about 4mm as I measured so that part is accurate. It is pretty much identical in size to aquarium airline tubing.

I washed this thing like it had the plague. Why? Well, because it smelled that way.It still smells that way after bathing it for days and stretching it out and baking it in the sun.Two weeks later and you can sense the presence of this cable by its incredible smell.Five start cable, but I think I'll get a disease if I look at it too long.
