Because I wanted more stopping power, I upgraded my front hydraulic brake rotor from original 160mm disc to 180mm disc. This adapter works well on an Isis welded frame mount (side holes) to move calipers farther out for the larger disc. Came with 2 screws and spacing washers. I did not need to use the spacing washers for my conversion but it is nice they were provided just in case. Caliper mount is PM (post mount) on the adapter. Good solid aluminum adapter.

It mounts perfectly for 180mm rotors, I think I can add some small washers to the bolts and have it working for 203mm rotors also.
