These were recommended by a fellow sax player. I tried a couple. Bit all the way thru them within an hour of play. The adhesive sticks to my mouthpiece, all right, but does not prevent slippage. I found this brand & type of mouthpiece cushion utterly worthless -- unsuitable for its stated purpose. Let the buyer beware.

They're comfortable and adhere well to my Clark W. Fobes mouthpiece. In addition, they're inexpensive.

These pads work well but they are very thick and have very sharp edges that I can feel with my lips. I make them work better by attaching them, taping up the mouth piece plastic, and then sanding down the sharp edges. I would give this product five stars if they came with tapered edges.

Once affixed, very soon you don't really even notice that it is there, although it feels much more comfortable on the teeth than the hard plastic. Size and thickness are perfect. Doesn't come loose. It also seems like each one may last awhile, so it could be a long time before I need to re-order.

I'm more worried about my mouthpiece then my teeth. It seems I bite through patches fast. These feel tougher and i think they're going to last longer.

This is my first time using mouthpiece patches and they work really well. I thought they would be awkward at first but they weren't. Very inexpensive too ;D

This is a good product. The adhesive seems strong and the cushion feels comfortable. The thickness may be some concern to some people but I think it protects the mouthpiece and your teeth as well.
