This is a 24-port patch panel with an opinionated design: it ships with couplers in every position and custom cable management clips that snap onto the front and back. I'm not in love with it for a few reasons:- You are limited to using the couplers provided and can't swap them out for generic keystones becuase the latch cutout isn't standard and the front cutout is specifically sized for RJ-45 ports. I don't know why they'd limit the product in this way - the cutouts should have been square to permit full access and allow swapping some of the couplers for other cable types.- The cable management combs add quite a bit of bulk in front of the unit. It might be nice to route cables through it for a more compact install without using a second U of rack like a traditional cable manager, but that means you have somewhat inconvenient access to the front of the patch panel. The manufacturing here is nice and the couplers work fine, so if you plan on using it exactly as it comes, it's not a bad product. (I wouldn't buy the version without couplers, since you'd need to somehow magically source exactly the right obscure compatible coupler to snap into place due to the oddly restrictive snapin design.) You can also remove the cable management pieces if they don't fit your needs, although you're paying for them in the relatively high price of this product even if you don't end up using them. But for me, I'd like something a bit less opinionated and a bit more flexible, and I don't think I'd reorder this particular panel configuration for future projects.

For my use, I did not need the additional support brackets and they were removeable so they were not in the way. These are two-way keystone jacks so RJ45 plugs into each side. (You do not wire directly to the jack).

Better than my old patch panel due to the cable supports on the back. Easy to install.

This isn't a terrible panel, but far from my favorite. The main downside is the keystone slots: they are stamped for perfectly-aligned RJ45 connectors only, and the slots for the tabs are too narrow to even fit some of my keystones in the first place. My other patch bays have blank rectangle opening with full-sized slots for any sized tabs and are compatible with basically ANY keystone (blanks, coax, speaker wire…) rather than only some brands (of only Ethernet jacks). The extra cable rack in the front also seems a bit flimsy. If you're gentle with it it will probably be fine, but it seems quite a bit fussier than what it's trying to replace. There seems to be a pretty competitive market for patch panels and this one doesn't quite seem like one I'd personally recommend.
