Got these for the hard to reach areas to sand up with my Dremel. Worked how they're supposed to.

These just didn't work for me. The elongated shank keeps trying to bend, even with very light pressure. Gave up.

Using these to sand the inside of 3d printed EDS "Elder Syndrome" rings and they work great. Paired with the Hoto rotary tool and it couldn't be better.

I've never previously encountered this devise. Unlike a spit mandrel, you are not expected to use strips of your own sandpaper, but to use the provided special abrasive covers. The abrasive is good, both sharp and well wearing, but once the abrasive has dulled and/or become depleted, there is no common substitute. You can try wrapping your own from PSA backed rolls, but the adhesive will to have the grip of the original covers. I'm not fond of having yet another abrasive device which must use proprietary replacements.That said, the device works, and works very well for some tasks, such as cleaning a short distance inside a small diameter pipe. The covers stay in place, the abrasive is effective and the individual covers are fairly long-lived. If double the covers were included for this price, I would find this a good value. But as it presently comes, I find it a poor longterm value, which also leaves you at the mercy of the supplier for future availability. For an immediate need, the current pricing is realistic for a short term project.

Mandrills are too long by 1/8 of an inch and bent as soon as i turned the machine on. The metal is weak as well.

Aggressive grit quickly removes overburden to shape area being worked on. Aggressive grit leaves area in rough shape and will need further refining to leave area in a finishable condition. Sleeves fit firmly on included mandrels. Bands quickly wear out and tear easily so be careful how you use them. To much of a angle with heavy handed pressure results in easy tearing of sanding bands.
