I struggled to get them to expand. Damaged a few trying. The screw size should be longer for each one to encourage expansion. The tool it uses it the pictures is not readily available in local home repair stores, and should be stated as a necessity when ordering. I struggled to use these though once I used a longer screw, they expanded. But it took me hours to figure that out. The tool should be mentioned as an add on and what its called. Do not buy these without the tool in the pics!

Cheap construction and material. When trying to attach them to paneling the barbs that are supposed to hold onto the paneling and keep it from spinning would just bend over. And sometimes the screws would just strip very easily.I found the longer ones worth a little better than the short ones but I would not recommend these it was very frustrating to work with.

The bolts look real nice but when you pull on the screw to set the anchor, the screw pulls out of the anchor. I got the two anchors that I needed to set but I had to find two screws that were larger in able to use them for the project I was doing. These bolts come in a nice reusable plastic box though.

None of these will split out to provide the anchor in the wall. I have used hundreds of these in my life and this is the worst. After patching two holes that the anchors carved out the Sheetrock by spinning rather than tightening as they should, I tried to get them to open without putting in the wall and using grips to hold only the end. The screw stripped the threads before the middle would give and provide an anchor. Worst Molly Bolt’s I ever tried to use. Back to Home Depot. Wasted money in an attempt to save a couple bucks and have them delivered. :(
