I watched the YouTube video on how to replaced and rebuild the mirror gears and this worked perfectly. Be careful when you removed the glass though. Pull up gently from the bottom of the mirror because I broke mine and had to get a replacement glass.

Driver mirror start making awful noise. As a temporary solution I’ve removed a 15a fuse (check on YouTube) and ordered this part. It’s solid metal gear and fit perfect. It works as expected and comes with portion of grease.

Gear ordered is not for a Toyota Sequoia but for a Ford Edge. Subsequent replacement part was also for a Ford Edge.
