When you want a mini-sized adjustable wrench. Bought this for adjusting the height and viewing angle on an adjustable tablet stand. Works, and it even comes with a very short "keyring" style chain which I attached to the border of the stand itself. So that whenever I want to adjust the height or viewing angle of the tablet stand it is easily accomplished.

Good little wrenches for small tiny electronic repair. Would like them to be painted in bright fluorescent colors, since they are black easy to leave them behind on the job especially black backgrounds,, I suppose one could paint them

I bought this exclusively for the small crescent wrench. Although the quality is questionable, it was small enough to tighten a nut on a Harley that was in a REALLY bad spot.

While they are better made than most decorative pieces, they are not quality tools for actual use. The moving parts have a great deal of slack.

Regarding the larger wrench: Adjustment mechanism precision is as bad as it gets. Difficult or impossible to adjust if the jaw is touching anything (like, say, a nut) without a lot of unhelpful wiggling. Once it moves, the motion is very rough. There is 0.065" of lost motion in the adjustment mechanism, which is 1/16", which is a LOT. I did not evaluate the smaller tool, but it will likely follow the larger tool into the trash. On the other hand, both tools have an attractive matte black finish. The carabiner is the best part of the deal.

When I ordered these on a whim I was expecting to receive novelty items. Pleasantly surprised that they are actual well-made tools of proper steel; nicely fitted and finished. There's something about miniature tools which is alluring... The 2.5" is pretty well irresistible.

The smaller wrench is really not usable as the tolerances are too big on the individual pieces. Probably just a keychain.
