We're having a themed birthday party for my granddaughter and we've printed up a bunch of ids to use with these. They work well. The slot is well sized and positioned to hang from a lanyard or a clip. We didn't print directly on the card, but rather on a separate adhesive label and that worked great.

I got these to hang on some organizing baskets to mark what's inside and they work ok for me. Most of them do have small imperfections on one side though so if you need to print on them and use both sides, this is something to be aware of. The price is really good for the quality though.
