Doesn’t hold pressure, no instructions on which nozzle to use. Usable.

I pressured it up to 40 PSI. I use cleaning fluid. I use it to clean car parts. It is big and it easy to load and pressure it up. You can pump it up and just hook it up to an air pump. It works great. The pressure last a good bit. I like it. It works great for what I'm using it for. I did not try it as a foamer. But, I can see that it would works for a good bit of time before you need to pump it up. It has a wide bottom . So, it is easy to find a good place to set it down. I like it.
