The first photo is of the forms and stickers that was received. The second photo is of the actual what they should be forms for DOT Inspections. As a place that does a large amount of DOT Inspections, this is not good at all. There is several items that is missing on the forms, the copy that stays in the vehicle should be a thicker paper and it is not, nor are the copies the correct color. There should be spaces for more of the Motor Carrier information than there is. The stickers does not have the protective cover to go over the writing, and even if you use a permanent marker it still wipes right off the sticker. This was seriously a waste of our company money for these. They are useless. Stick with the actual legit ones
