Was looking for a good value 2.25” tire for rear.ride hard pack and paved trails. Very happy with these. The tread is nice and deep and the rubber seems to be of high quality and pliable, not Stiff and plastic like. Excellent rolling and traction. Easily installed on rims. Highly recommended

We own a pair of hybrid e-bikes that we use frequently for our weekly trail rides. Even though the tires which came with our bikes were made for riding on paved roads and packed dirt roads, we experienced the need for a better gripping tire on rougher non-paved surfaces. However, we had doubts about compromising paved road riding quality for a gain in tracktion on rough non-paved surfaces. We took a chance and bought these tires and mounted them on the front wheel of our bicycles. With great surprise, we found out there is not much of a compromise by using these tires on a paved road. The only thing that we figured out is not to lean too heavily into curves, especially on wet roads. These tires are great! We definitely do recommend them. We will leave a more detailed feedback after a few month of use!

This review is for 26/27.5/29 x2.25 inch Bike Tires Pair Mountain Bike Tires 60 TPI Foldable Kevlar High Grade Made Bicycle Tires Pack of 2 (2 Pack 26x2.25). I thought this was exactly what I needed but I'm not sure if I'm missing something, so this is most likely my problem. I have two mountain bikes with 26x1.95 tyres and one bike with 26x2.10 tyres and wanted to go to 26x2.25 using these tyres. I took out the old tyres from my bikes and none of them would fit. The diameter of these seem to be much bigger than 26 and my rim width was just so far off even though they’re supposed to be “universal”. I’m hoping that it is user error and I just need help to figure out what I’m not understanding because these new tyres would be so cool if I can only install them on one of my bikes. I’ve researched online and they all say I should be able to put a 26x2.25 onto my 26x1.95 rim, so what gives? In fact, the first bullet point for this product clearly says: “【SIZE:26X2.25 inches for more comfort.】The width of this bicycle tire reaches 2.25inches, which can improve the comfort by 30% compared with 26x1.95 or 26x2.10inches, and also has better riding stability. This bike tire can be used to replace the size of 26x1.95 , 26x2.10, 26x2.25 inches, all can be used universally.” I have 26x1.95 now. It left me wondering what everyone else got because these sure didn’t fit my (standard / universal) 26” rims and I was left utterly baffled by this. Duh! If there’s anyone out there that can explain or educate me please do and I will happily correct this review. Pictures attached. Needless to say, for now I like the tyres but until I figure this thing out and know it's not my lack of knowledge, I would have to give these a 3.5/5.0 - 03/16/2024.
