Thse racks are fully lockable with either 1 or 2 lock points to install your locks (locks not included). This chain hanger was designed for hooks up to 1/2" but may accomodate some larger ones.

Very well made and easy to mount to the gear box on my car trailer. Have one on each side of the box so I don’t have to carry chains around the trailer.
