Fits great, easy install. Nice quality heavy steel construction, good welds...I already had the detachable hardware installed on my bike.... backrest fit perfectly. Don't forget to add thread locker to the bolts, Safety First lol.... Ol lady loves it!very happy would purchase again.

Wow, I am surprised at how well this is made and how great it looks! It was a perfect fit for my cvo st, pay attention it mounts on the strut and mounting gear so that allowed for a luggage rack. Highly functional!

It looks pretty good. Welds seem decent. Fit was a snug but got it to work after some wiggling and tweaking. Back pad is really soft and will go flat quickly. But it does what I wanted it too. Only one that will fit the 97-08 models that I could find.
