Purchased this two months ago just took it out to use it. It will not charge. Unfortunately I cannot return it so I am stuck.

The hair gets sucked in the vacuum bag and makes it way through the outside of the bag to where it looks like a porcupine, this was so disgusting to me! I mean, why is it coming through the bag? Then the scrunchie on the bag was so tight that I couldn't get the hair out without turning the bag inside out, which meant I ended up with hair everywhere.I've been trying to use tape to remove the hair from the bag so I don't have to throw it away. If I do end up throwing it away, I think I'll try using a Walmart bag or a brown paper bag or something similar that I won’t mind tossing out after each use! Cleaning out the bag is more trouble than just letting the hair fall on the floor.I was originally searching for a way to groom my pet without dealing with all the hair. I discovered this item and thought it was a genius solution—until it wasn’t.I’m giving this product 3 stars. It was easy to use, and the noise level was minimal, which I appreciated. I love that it's cordless and that it's reasonably priced. However, I found the bag difficult to clean out, and I also had issues with so much hair getting on my clothes because a lot managed to get through the bag.PS. I am on my 4th round of using tape on the same side of this bag to remove the hair and there is still so much left. The last picture was after my 3rd round. 😣

Pros: Cuts with ease. So easy to use. The scissors it comes with are nice.Cons: The fur gets caught on the fan. (It doesn't affect the performance. It's just annoying) Doesn't actually have a strong enough suction to pull the hair into the bag. When I was done there was not a single hair in the bag.I will keep it since it's better at trimming than my last one but I'm not impressed with the vacuum part.

This product comes with 4 different sized cutting length guides for trimming different parts on a dog's body... makes for nice manicured trim appearanceVacuum comes with both a vacuum head that can be cleaned out and a vacuum bag that can hold a larger amount of hair. It's nice not having a big huge mess of hair to clean up on the floor after you clip your dog. However, you have to remind yourself to frequently clean out vacuum head or the collection bag if you are trimming a larger dog that has a lot more hair.The clipper runs very quiet which is a great feature because our larger dog is very timid around clippers.Both the scissors and the dog clipper are very sharp and don't require extra effort to cut hair on our dogsThe rechargeable clipper does not lose power as you use it and keeps even power for entire time it takes to trim our large dog

I love that it eliminates the mess. My small dog has lots of hair and this grooming tool is great for his little body. Work well!

The clippers worked well, nice and sharp and the guides fit perfectly to get the right length of cut you want. It was easy to use being rechargeable so no power wires to get in the way.It definitely works best to keep on top of keeping a dog or cats hair trimmed regularly. I like the smaller portable size of this over the larger and more expensive alternatives. I managed to complete my dogs trim with one charge. The set also comes with a pair of scissors to use in case you need to cut longer hair down first. My dog seemed comfortable with the noise the clippers made so it works well for me.
