This is a great decanter drying stand! It is sturdy when opened and can be stored in a drawer when not in use because it flattens. No more trying to find a spot to store the awkward traditional drying stand. I will be buying these as gifts for my wine buddies.

***UPDATED*** In my original review below, I mentioned an issue I had with the decanter stand after trying to fold it away. I reached out to the seller with the attached photo and Jean was empathetic, kind, and immediately resolved my issue by refunding my order and offering a new stand free of charge! After speaking with Jean, I’ve updated my review from to 5 stars because if there were to be any issues with the product, they are resolved swiftly. They are a small business and you can definitely tell that they take pride in their product.***OLD REVIEW***I was very happy when I first used it because it seemed sturdy and fit my decanter well. However, after the first use, I tried to collapse it again for storage and it wouldn’t budge. It felt very stiff, and then the plastic cracked at the bottom once it folded flat. I’m not sure if I got a faulty one, but I wouldn’t recommend this product IF you plan to fold it flat for storage. If you want it to stay out on your counter or pantry, it should work fine. I’ll be reaching out to the seller and if they’re able to resolve this, I’ll update my review below.

Just received. This is a handsome, solid wine accessory. It looks good (enough so that it is fine to leave on the counter), and that may be its best feature (other than that is that it is collapsible and easily stored away). Time will tell how it holds up.

Sometimes the simplest thing seems not to exist. You have a wine decanter made of fine lead crystal. It's pretty heavy. After serving wine from it with dinner, you carefully wash it out, and you want it to dry. It has to drain, upside down, Just where can you perch it so you don't have to worry that it will fall over? This simple stand is the answer. Very strong, a little flexible, the right size and shape, coated to be kind to the crystal and hold it securely while it drips dry. My decanter, which is heavy enough that I have to pour with two hands, makes this drying stand bend ever so slightly.It is a perfect companion to the same company's wine filter/aerator, for pouring your wine from bottle to decanter, which I have reviewed separately.
