Rocks are small. 1/4 to 3/8 in. Not as advertised

These are described as being gravel to be used in a fish tank. They are listed as being smooth. As far as being smooth, these rocks look as though they have been tumbled to round off the blunt edges leaving the rocks covered in a chalky coating of powder. Also, the picture in the description shows a pathway completely surrounded by these white rocks. To replicate the picture, I would be safe to say that this represents a few hundred bags based on how many rock actually came in the bag. For the price, it would be crazy expensive to replicate a walkway like that. Also the the same goes for the aquarium in the picture. I would guesstimate that that picture is using 10-12 bags. To me, this does not seem to be a very good value for the money. The look, the size of the rocks, and the color all seem to be as described. Bottomline, To use in an aquarium, they would need to have the chalky stuff washed off, and the price seems quite expensive for what you get. We can only give three stars.

The stone is a consistent size and free of contaminates. It can be used for many things from aquariums to terrariums to drainage. I purchased this two-pound sack of stones to use as a decorative soil topper for my indoor plants.Happy with my purchase.

These are very pretty. I got a smaller size as I am going to use them in a planter. The description talks about landscaping but we’re talking about a handful of small rocks. You’d need 20 bags to make any difference over a reasonable amount of area. If you are using them as a bit of decoration int he home, this is great. They are clean and bright white, small enough to move easily as well for display or not to crush soil.

Nice, bright white pebbles. I am using them in succulent pots but they could be used for many purposes. They are a bit chalky/dusty at first so I recommend rinsing well if you plan to put them in a vase or aquarium.

It's a full two pounds of bright white rocks, not much else to say. Little chalky but that is to be expected. There are quite a lot more on the smaller side of the range but that's alright. There are some other listings on here that are a little cheaper in price. Other than that, no real complaints.

These rocks are a beautiful white, charcoal material and although they’re not “shiny” and polished, they’re still super super cute. 🥰 I’ll be adding them to my succulent pots this summer.
