Both batteries came precharged but I still topped them off on the charger. Also, like some reviews state, the batteries were kinda hard to get connected. They fit in my drill OK but really had to push and rock back and forth to get them to connect with the charger. Guessing that that will get better in time.

I had heard mixed reviews about investing any money in an older drill, but decided to take a chance on these batteries and am glad I did. Works seamlessly with my older DeWalt drill, and restored full function at a low cost.

At first I thought these were ok, they seemed to charge and worked on my drill which isnt high demand. Need to use a screwdriver to pry off as they get stuck. On my recipro saw, even after an 8 hour charge i dont even get 45 seconds of full power. Awful product. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Batteries came a day late, or else vey late on day expected. That's OK. I charged them, and when I need to use them I can answer the other questions.Batteries were hard to isert into the charger and hard to pull out.
