Only thing I don't like is... It doesn't seem to be hard plastic which leaves it to be much flimsy and can easily be cracked if not handled properly.

Very durable, good looking product. I have a few different types of chips however and they are all just a bit too large for the trays. Measuring with a digital caliper my smallest chips are 1.568 inches or 39.83 mm. Please understand these aren't chips from casinos, I have "retail" chips for playing poker. I may have to send the trays back. the chips will stay in the trays with other chips, but they don't seat in the trays, the balance. I might add the trays have covers, but don't appear to stack well (i.e. one tray on top of the other) they seem to be too wobbly or precariously perched.
