Are you kidding? They wouldn’t even run an LED light. Totally worthless.

Works very well. Extremely easy to install and saves big money over an electrician to come in and set up a light fixture to auto on and off. Took about 15 minutes from start to finish.

My front door was recessed so much that it was hard to see the doorknob at night even when the light on the outside wall was on. I installed a recessed light above the door and used this motion sensor to control it, so far so good. I installed the sensor to the right, above the door.

I used this motion sensor to control the overhead light in our walk-in closet. Installation was easy. I mounted the detector into a knock-out on the end of the light fixture closest to the closet door. Wiring is easy, just move the house wiring's hot and neutral conductors to the sensor instead of the lights. Then connect the light's hot and neutral wires to the remaining two sensor wires. Now the light comes on immediately when we enter the closet and automatically turns off shortly after we leave. I placed a bit of black electrical tape over the part of the sensor facing the door to keep the light from turning on when we walk past the door way. I am very happy with this sensor.

Bought this so I stop running after the kids, turning lights off. This will save you money by turning the lights off approximately 20 seconds after motion stops. It has no settings of any kind, but it will automatically continue to keep the light on if motion continues past the standard run time of 20 seconds. You will need to get 4 wire knots (not included in the package) to install this sensor. This sensor is installed right behind the light where your power source meets the light. You can also drill your light and threat this into the light assembly as it has threads on the sensor with a nut. Amazing product, I will be implementing this sensor into all our closets and spaces where lights are forgotten to get turned of after use.

I received my order of two occupancy sensors and upon taking them out of the packaging i noticed something wrong with one of them. At a closer look this sensor was burned and melted. I can only assume this happened during manufacturing. I am curious how this passed quality inspection (if there is such a thing in China) and got shipped out to a customer. Its visually obvious of the burn and melted plastic. The second one looks fine but im hesitant to install. I think i will temporarily install it leaving it suspended from the ceiling drywall so i can monitor it for a few days to see how hot it gets. Ill update my review after having it installed for a few days.

Used it to automate a pantry closet - instructions were straightforward, just make sure your load is less than 40W (I am using with 10W LED bulb replacement for standard incandescent bulbs). Detection range is decent and good enough for closet door.
